1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing or using Grok Image Compression software (“the Software”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.

2. License

Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software on one device at a time. Your license is tied to your account and may not be shared, resold, or sublicensed.

3. Subscription and Billing

• The Software is offered as a subscription service, billed through Stripe.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• You can manage your subscription through the Customer Dashboard.

4. Refund Policy

If you are unsatisfied with the Software, contact us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. Refunds after this period are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact info@grokcompression.com for refund requests.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
• Share, redistribute, or sublicense the Software
• Circumvent or tamper with the activation or licensing system
• Use the Software for any unlawful purpose

6. Termination

We may revoke your license if you violate these terms. Upon termination, you must stop using the Software and delete all copies.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Software is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the Software will be error-free or uninterrupted.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Grok Image Compression Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Software.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
